 Direct-pay and out-of-network patients are always welcome. 

Navigating insurance can feel like a bit of a puzzle, but we’re here to help you solve it. At Brilliant Dental, we strive to make high-quality care accessible by working with a wide range of providers.

We accept most PPO insurance plans, as well as Medicaid for patients under 21. Our accepted PPO providers include, but are not limited to:

• BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

• Delta Dental
• Dental Benefit Provider (UnitedHealthcare)
• Guardian
• Humana
• Liberty
• MetLife
• Principal
• United Concordia

It’s important to note that dental coverage varies significantly between plans. Your specific benefits are determined by the contract negotiated between your employer and the insurance company.

Because of these variables, any treatment plan we provide includes our best professional estimate of what your insurance will cover. While we do our homework, the final payment amount is determined by your provider once the claim is processed.

We are happy to take the paperwork off your plate! Our team will:

1. File insurance claims on your behalf.
2. Provide supporting documentation (x-rays, narratives, etc.) to maximize your benefits.

Please Note: While we advocate for you, any remaining balance not covered by insurance is ultimately the patient's responsibility.
