Insurance coverage varies substantially from plan to plan. How much your insurance pays is strictly based on how your employers negotiated with the insurance company. Therefore, we can only guess the maximum amount that your insurance will pay for a certain procedure when we present a treatment plan to you.
We will be happy to file insurance claims on your behalf and provide any supporting documents as necessary. However, unpaid balances in your accounts are ultimately your responsibilities.
